It can be difficult to motivate others to do something different. The attitude of "we've always done it this way, so it's the only way it can be done" is a major frustration.
Remember the "little people". Most of the General and higher levels portray themselves as too good for "commoners" and offend those of us in the trenches – white collar as well as blue.
