Very healthy environment. The people are great to work with; very intelligent.
It can be difficult to motivate others to do something different. The attitude of "we've always done it this way, so it's the only way it can be done" is a major frustration.
Remember the "little people". Most of the General and higher levels portray themselves as too good for "commoners" and offend those of us in the trenches – white collar as well as blue.
Alienating your workforce is easy; obtaining performance after you have done so...not so much.
