Teams are very friendly and welcoming and actually give you work that helps contribute to what they're doing.
The onboarding process was painful at times and not always the most helpful.
Applied through the school career fair and online. From there, the recruiter I met at the career fair reached out to me directly. There was only one interview, and then a representative called me to give me the offer.
It was fairly easy, no difficult technical questions. Mainly just behavioral questions, and they asked about past experiences from a student's perspective. The questions didn't require much preparation. They were quick to send an offer afterwards too
Pretty straightforward. Applied and got sent more information. Went through a few rounds of interviews, some were group, some were individual, and eventually got a job offer for the summer.
