The Learning Together Program is by far the best reason to work for Boeing. Boeing will pay 100% for any class from any accredited college and will give you a stipend for books. There is no limit to the amount of classes you can take per year and no limit on the tuition you spend. Also, when you graduate, they give you 100 shares of stock to congratulate you.

The Peter Principle is in full effect with this company. People get promoted to their highest level of incompetence, and that is where they stay. They continue to be incompetent and are never removed from their position.

The interview process began with a brief overview of the position and location, along with the interviewer's professional background. The overall interview was quick, as it was for an entry-level position, and the mood was light the whole time.
This was a one-and-done online call via Webex. There was no follow-up interview. Three managers were in one room, and they did not have their cameras on.
