You do about 10 hours of work in a 40-hour week. Some may find that good; others may find that bad. I personally don't like it, as it makes for a long week.
If you are ambitious and want to make a difference, this is probably not the place for you.
Just a bunch of former finance monkeys running the company. Prioritize quality and schedule over cost, and you will see the culture begin to change for the better.

STAR Format 5 questions. Short, sweet, and only one round of interviews for most positions. It's hard to get through the system initially, but if you make it through, the questions are not that bad.
