Long hours – usually approximately 50-60 hours a week.
Projects have a frustrating tendency to go far over schedule due to changes in requirements or the need to share resources (mechanics, machinery) between teams.
Biggest complaint: Boeing is a huge company that rarely fires people, meaning that less-than-ideal employees will stick around and create problems for other people.
