Boeing has treated me well over the years. The LTP program is great for pursuing continuing education. I am allowed the flexibility to try new technical ideas and innovate, utilizing skills learned from my Data Science classes.
It can take a while to find your niche or to implement improvements. Sometimes it's overly bureaucratic.
Continue to look from within for the best talent.

STAR Format 5 questions. Short, sweet, and only one round of interviews for most positions. It's hard to get through the system initially, but if you make it through, the questions are not that bad.
