The interview consisted of Behavioral Interview Questions. I interviewed with multiple hiring managers. One interviewer in particular came off as quite rude. Despite being told that I would hear back a week after the interview, there was not a word.
STAR process: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Give clear examples of how you contributed to the team. First question will be to describe your previous education, work experience, and other skills that have prepared you for the position. 5-6 Quest
STAR Format 5 questions. Short, sweet, and only one round of interviews for most positions. It's hard to get through the system initially, but if you make it through, the questions are not that bad.
