Good training, good salary, and many experienced people. You can move from one department to another to expand on your skills.
Too much bureaucracy exists in the majority of departments. It makes the decision-making process very lengthy. Not many people can live in the climate of the Seattle area.
Too much politics in the environment can be confusing for staff, especially for engineers, who typically would rather think straightforwardly.
