The company is huge. You can move around. Amazing benefits. Work/life balance. They treat employees wonderfully. Easy communication.
It is old school, with some bureaucracy. Hopefully, that will change soon; a lot of seniors are expected to retire.
The internship program is one of the best. Great experience, great pay, and a lot of fun internship activities outside of work.
