The interview process at Boeing is a joke. You answer 10 non-technical behavioral questions for literally any job. They don't ask anything technical ever. I have interviewed for 5 jobs at Boeing and never failed an interview; always offered a job.
Industrial Engineer
STAR Format 5 questions. Short, sweet, and only one round of interviews for most positions. It's hard to get through the system initially, but if you make it through, the questions are not that bad.
