Excellent group of tech fellows, scientists. Lots of challenges, no politics, and enjoyable to work for and be proud of.
If you are willing to relocate out of state, then it's okay. Otherwise, it can be difficult to stay at one location.
I love to work for this company and enjoyed it.
One point: too many managers are working and fewer people to do the actual job.
Let go of others who don't produce the work (mostly managers who have been there for many years), and hire new generations.
Bring balance to the age, not part of discrimination, but the reality of life. For those who don't work hard, they should be out!
