The saying goes, "if you can make it work at Boeing, it will work anywhere." The IT Technology experience covers a full spectrum of products from many companies. It makes for challenging assignments but is rewarding. Currently, we are transforming all aspects of IT Products and Services, so it is exciting to see the advancements.
The IT Transformation also pushes up against many existing job roles, which are resistant to changing and learning new ways. It is happening, so that is exciting.

Boeing Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
The interview process is straightforward. The technical round followed the managerial round. The managerial round features scenario-based questions, while the technical round depends on the technology. For freshers, there will be an online test.

Standard behavioral interview. I’ve heard some positions, mostly software, may add technical questions soon. The interview lasted around 45 minutes to an hour and was a panel of engineers and managers.
