My experience at the Boeing Company has been very good
Provides great benefits to their employees. Always treats all employees with respect. Work is very interesting and resources are always available.
Hours are too long for the job. It has a tendency to run 45 to 50 hours per week on average because of project deadlines.
I have no advice to give other than that which is listed in the "cons" section. Overall, I think the company is very good.
