The interview process was very welcoming. There were two individuals in higher levels than my position. They asked questions about my experience and how I would fit in at the company, etc.

Phone interview for roughly 45 minutes with a panel of 3 managers. A couple weeks later, an offer was proposed. Being from Southern California, I was surprised an offer was made that quickly. I pushed to have an in-person interview to see the facil
