The interview was quite tricky. You can rehearse for interviews, but Boeing will ask you an obscure question you did not prepare for. This is how they weed out most of the candidates who interview for a position. The more interviews you get with them

Phone interview: Short, only 20 minutes. They asked mostly behavioral questions about teamwork settings and research projects that I have done in school.

They ask you five questions for a phone interview only, before they hire you. Only behavioral questions, nothing technical. A couple of people talk to you on the phone and just write down your answers to pass them on to the next step.
