Good quality of life balance. If you like to work, this is a great place to do that.
Old company with an aging technological infrastructure. Growing animosity amongst employees due to pay and raises. I can start at another company tomorrow and be making more than what I would after staying another 5 years. The union needs a facelift to retain talent in the competitiveness of the job market.
If you want to retain top talent, don't go calling your people average.
