Good Pay, Military Support, Union
Boeing provides good medical and dental benefits, good pay, and flexible work hours. They are very supportive of the military (I am in the Army Reserves). SPEEA-represented employees have a bonus program which the IAM does not offer.
Mandatory to join the union, layoff potentials, and SPEEA-represented new hires no longer have a pension program. That was voted out during the 2013 contract negotiations.
Respect your employees, and they will in turn respect you.
