Good career to work with a lot of people. The career path and rewards are very good. Key performance is communication. Also, Boeing has a compensation plan (very good) as well as other plans like 401(k) and stock purchase.

The insurance coverage is not as good as it used to be.

But long-term disability and short-term disability benefits are good for employees.

The nature of the aerospace industry is very up and down over time. That can cause a lot of moving, switching, and renewing your career (sometimes).

This industry is the exact opposite of the health care industry, where it is very stable.

I hope management will come up with a better way to reward employees for hard work, a better way to reduce costs and improve efficiency, as Boeing is now facing a lot of competition around the world.
