Manufacturing Engineer
I applied online. Then, about three months later, I got an email setting up a flight to Seattle. All of the interview questions were situational types. I was interviewed by two Boeing engineers.
Manufacturing Engineer
An online interview through HireView. There were 5 questions for which you had to record answers, followed by 3 games. For each of the interview questions, it was possible to re-record the answers twice.

It was a phone interview with three hiring managers. It was pretty straightforward. They said they would make a decision in a week or two, and I heard back in one week with a phone call from HR and a follow-up email with the salary offer and such.
