Two-step interview process in Chennai. Very easy to crack for someone who prepared for good companies. The package is good. They don't provide the project details for which they are being hired. Perks are good.

They came for campus placement in our college. They took an aptitude test, then a technical and HR interview for selection. The aptitude was kinda hard, and the interview was totally resume-based.

Online interview at Webex for 1 hour. Relevant questions according to the job and resume. Fundamental questions about the subject. No practical demonstration, like CAD/CAE. Go prepared for technical questions. I don't think they focus much on HR
