Manufacturing Engineering Planner
The interview is in STAR format and will consist of 4 to 5 questions, lasting about an hour total. Wear professional clothing. Answer all the questions thoroughly. Ask relevant questions at the end and thank the interviewers when you are done.
Industrial Engineer
STAR interview process (situation, task, action, result). Two people on the interview panel, all over the phone. This was an internal transition, so that might not be the case for new hires.
