Pros: Lots of other interns, good networking, great pay for an intern, and great intern locations (Huntington Beach, Seattle, St. Louis, etc.). Boeing definitely treats its interns well, and from what I saw, the odds of getting a job offer after finishing the internship were very good.

Furthermore, there is little to offer in terms of creative input on ideas and innovation. It seemed like the preferred course of action was to do what was told of you and follow the rules.

Not extensive, but in detail. There were two interviews. The first one was just with the talent recruiter. I was not referred but worked as a client at TCS for Boeing.
