One virtual interview, no camera, about an hour. Three interviewers, panel style. Slow application process. Asked about projects from my resume and background info. Other typical questions, like why I want the job, etc.

The interview process is situation-based. Answers should be in a SMART way, being specific, measurable, time-based, and reasonable. All answers will be noted down, and the best candidate will be selected.

The interview process was very smooth! I felt comfortable but also well-informed about how their process works. I could accurately answer questions as they pertained to me and my experiences.
