Project Engineer Intern
It felt a lot different from an in-person interview. There were elements of it that did not make the experience enjoyable, like not having the opportunity to get to know the interviewers. Being limited to the questions asked does feel unfair.
Liaison Engineer
No pre-screen. Single interview with hiring managers through Webex. 1 hour, using STAR format. Got an offer about 2 weeks later. I was surprised by the lack of a second-round or on-site interview.

Interview questions for this position were mostly project-based, e.g. "What would you do if you were late on a deliverable to a customer?". The interview made clear this position would be at least partly customer-facing.
