Company brand, products, benefits, other employees, facility locations, change in business structure, global diversity, enhancing change, education and training resources, and bonuses.

Cons

Experience is self-guided, so you have to gain knowledge and leadership responsibilities on your own when you do not have a sponsor.

Very few women in executive leadership (the glass ceiling does exist).

It's hard to transfer between business units.

Pay once you are in the company, which forces people to leave and come back.

A generation gap is a risk for the overall company portfolio and retention.

Some managers need leadership training to hide bias.

Advice to Management

Make sure your employees know what the vision and goals of your organization are.
