I did not manage to get an interview after the phone screening. It lasted about 30 minutes. It felt fine to me overall, and I would definitely try this process again.

Was online through Teams. It was about 2 hours with only 4 behavioral questions. There were no technical questions or basic interview questions. Note: your resume must be well done, because that is what gets you an interview. During the interview, th
