Good benefits, good working hours. Overall, not a bad company if you are looking for a large company with lots of process.
Lots of process. The finance people try to manage engineering as if everyone were flipping burgers. Need to hire management who have a clue about aerospace.
Hire people who actually know how an aircraft is built.
