Mechanical Engineer
Applied through Boeing’s website. One 30-minute interview. They were upfront about next steps, and decisions were made within a day. If an offer was given, a follow-up interview would be done with different teams to determine placement for full-time.

They used a standard phone interview with two managers. I was surprised that they didn't want to do an in-person interview following the phone call. It was rather low-stress.
