Mechanical Engineer
In-person interview with the region hiring representative and two other employees. Three basic questions were asked regarding work experience, team experiences, and why I wanted to work for the company.

Had three interviews in total. Two were by phone, and one in person. Met with multiple directors across multiple disciplines. About a 2-hour process in person, interviewing over segments with some breaks and a site tour.
