Good starting salary. Huge amount of resources in terms of software and subject matter experts. There's always someone on your team or another, as they all work close together, who is willing to help or educate you on a process or practice. 9/80 schedule is really nice. Everyone there is really kind.
After three years, my base salary only rose by 9%. It's been a rough few years for Boeing, so the financial benefits have stalled. The scope of each team is so vast that you work on one type of project for 4 months and then move onto something completely different. This can be a "pro," but I never felt like I mastered or became comfortable with any one skill or software over my 3 years there.
5-star behavioral interview questions with the hiring manager and some of the engineers on the team. Then you hear back in 1 week to 1 month, depending on the role.
Easy and straightforward interview process, done remotely. Very professional staff and clear instructions on the entire process at every stage. Prescreen call and 4 Zoom meetings. Great interviewers and professional.
A 30-minute phone call was held going over the resume. An offer came two days later. It was incredibly easy. Literally, they just went over the resume. It was easy. That's it. Easy as could be.
