Behavioral based. Mostly looking for how you respond to different situations, especially in times of conflict. Looking for how you would solve complex problems in a team setting. Four people in my interview.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview was about 30 minutes long, and two engineering managers were present. They asked basic personality questions and one technical question, but mostly "what would you do in this situation" type questions.
