The interview was organized by the college placement cell. The first company shortlisted students based on academics and resume, followed by a written exam. The questions in the written exam were fairly simple if you had prepared for the GATE exam. T

This interview process was pretty short and non-technical. I had a short phone interview with a couple of first-level managers. After that, I received a follow-up call a few weeks later, just for me to ask questions.

Structure the interview with 5-6 questions that touch on ethics, integrity, teamwork, and leadership. The questions are worth points, and these points are added up for your final score.
