Mechanical Engineer
One phone interview with the five standard Boeing management questions asked. Absolutely no engineering questions asked. This was an interview with the hiring manager, group leads, and the skill team leader.

A discussion with a manager showed me around the facility. The place is large, and the products are really impressive. This was a long time ago, so I'm not sure how relevant it is today.
