Boeing Interview Experiences
Payloads Engineer
Interviewed at the SWE (Society of Women Engineers) convention. Multiple rounds with multiple teams. Offered 3 different positions. All behavior type questions, and they want really specific formatting in the STAR method.
Mechanical Engineer
Phone screen asking about resume and background. Interview half was behavioral questions, and the second half went into some technical questions. Panel interview with engineers in the field asking a lot of technical questions.
Software Developer
Two-round interview: one with the recruiter and one with the manager of the team. The initial interview was smooth, and the interviews were timed well. Mostly behavioral, with some generic technical questions.
