Structural Design Engineer
Was online, though they did not have webcams. Asked 5 questions in the STAR format. There were lots of long pauses between questions. They left time in the end to ask my own questions.

In-person interview that was mostly behavioral questions. The process was very straightforward, and they communicated very clearly. The recruiters were very helpful and easy to talk to.
Production Engineer
Star format - 3 managers about half my age. I did well and had a phone follow-up with one manager. I received an offer but declined because of low salary.
