Good position for new engineers
Boeing is a great place to work as a new engineer. Given the size of the company, there are multiple fields and areas that can be explored.
Moving into other positions or getting a salary raise is sometimes more related to your relationship with your manager than your actual performance.
They need to work on getting more standardized ways to allow people to move forward.
