Good benefits, although not great UI and communication about them. I enjoy my team now, and mostly everyone is great, but there is plenty of room for variation in experience.
Work is a bit monotonous at times. The working hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) are a little tough. Any kind of vertical mobility (i.e., promotions and raises) is extremely difficult to come by, even when performing at a high level. The horizontal mobility is great; once you're in the company, you can move around a lot.
Engage with your team more. Conduct more one-on-ones with your employees than the company requires.
Checking in with new hires and young employees (5 years or less with the company) is especially important to make them feel they're progressing and developing.
