I worked with some good people.
The job involved navigating and administering bureaucracy. The company is disinterested in doing interesting engineering work. The interesting work is offloaded, and the internal employees manage outsourced work packages.
It is not a good place to work if you are interested in creative engineering. If you raise this point, management will tell you that you get to define high-level functional requirements for the production system. Yeah, OK, but it is very cheap.
The execution is where the real engineering happens, and you will not be doing it (instead, you'll be sitting in design and budget reviews).
It is kind of like planning date night for your wife... and her boyfriend.
I do not recommend this company.
Phone screening by HR to confirm your education and US person status. 1 round of video call panel interview. There are technical as well as behavioral questions, with 6-7 questions from the company.
Star format - 3 managers about half my age. I did well and had a phone follow-up with one manager. I received an offer but declined because of low salary.
Had a virtual interview with them in college (5 years ago). It took a year before they closed the position and informed me I did not get it. It was a panel interview over the phone.
