Reasonable compensation, great benefits. If there is ever a layoff, Boeing does a very good job of making sure you still have a job somewhere in the company (as long as you are willing to move).
Very bureaucratic with policies and procedures that slow down your work in every possible way.
Delegate more authority and decision-making to lower levels of management and eliminate unnecessary middle levels.
