Wages are quite low for such an important and technical product line. The company is rapidly becoming a liberal's wet dream, still holding on to mask mandates. The company bends over backwards to accommodate diversity & inclusion while failing to address basic business functions. This shows in the stock price. The company allows many sub-par workers to continue to collect paychecks while they abuse FMLA, etc., to their advantage. Very poor training for new workers; it is virtually non-existent.
