A really great place to work. The people and culture were incredible, and the work was very interesting.

This is about the best deal you can get as an engineer (excepting computer science people).

The total comp package was incredible for a summer. You get paid a pro-rated first-year salary, plus I got a relocation package that was calculated to disperse the correct amount after tax. I ended up making 20-25k for 10 weeks of work after getting a tax refund.

While the salary is great for a summer intern, it is generally below market for full-time. However, the benefits package is really good, so the overall compensation is par for market.
