Pros

The interview process is simple. You only have a one-hour interview, which is a huge time saver.

Cons

The Candidate Experience Specialist in charge of coordinating the onboarding process once you have gotten an offer is incompetent.

It has been two months since I accepted the offer, and I still don't have a start date. They are completely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and text messages and have not communicated expectations on next steps or when I should expect to start.

Advice to Management

If you are short-staffed, clearly communicate to candidates the feasible expectations on timelines and next steps.

I would suggest scrutinizing the CES's work closely, as I and many others have started looking for other opportunities before even starting at Boeing due to unprofessional onboarding.

Boeing is losing talent even before they start.
