Good benefits, bad work environment
Great benefits, maybe the best in the industry. My management team is great.
Overworked due to layoffs. Underpaid and not appreciated.
Bonuses have not been great, and in previous years, they have been nonexistent.
A lot of the management is new, and that comes with its own pros and cons. One of the major cons is career development. One of the pros is that they talk to you like people and treat you like friends, rather than just another employee.
