Eliminate some of the wasteful layers of management. The visions and goals of executive leadership are watered down and often times distorted by the time they are communicated to workers. It is difficult to trace where this distortion occurs, but the message delivered by 1st-level and 2nd-level management does not reflect the values or vision that executives boast in marketing videos.

The interview was a Teams call with three people. They asked around six star questions, and they wrote your answers down. They were very nice and friendly. I believe it is only a one-round interview process.
