Very happy with my health insurance, and I'm able to manage it all on my own.

Increased employer match for the 401(k), and my boss is flexible with me being in office.

Salary is mediocre. Could use some fresh ideas. The corporate structure is very rigid. It takes very long to convince management to make changes. Communication is lacking. Processes could use work, and there needs to be a better commitment to process improvement.

Try to improve a process only to get back that this isn't in our process guide. I know, I'm trying to make it better!

Could listen more to employees and not need to have so much evidence to get changes done. The employee will never reach those expectations or be able to figure out those answers.
