Everyone I worked with really seemed to like their job. There was a very positive environment in the quality teams I worked with. I learned a lot and was given some fulfilling and challenging projects.
Administrative processes were very long. The hierarchical structure led to some tension between people. People often complained about managers at Boeing as a general group.
