I enjoyed many of the people I had the opportunity to meet and work with.
Lack of support from upper management and Human Resources. Now, starting pay is much less, and the pension is a 401K rather than the standard company pension.
Be honest about the value of your employees and be more supportive, and don't be so quick to judge.
In my case, I always did my work and, a lot of the time, did a lot of someone else's work. After 26 years, I was let go for false security accusations.
