Good company, everywhere has issues
Competitive pay, opportunity for advancement, vacation/sick leave accrual, company-paid schooling with stock bonus upon completion, and good medical/dental.
No pension. Sometimes it is "who you know," not "what you know." It's a large company, which means there are large company problems.
Listen to your teams; a lot of good advice falls on deaf ears.
