Artificial deadlines from management. Incompetent management. Compensation too low for the area in which employed. Not a family-friendly company. Union members are rude and unwelcoming. No work/life balance. Either you work all the time and have some money leftover from OT, or you get 0 OT and live paycheck to paycheck.
