The environment is dynamic, and it’s fun to interact with multiple different functions, teammates, and individual contributors from other departments.

Cons

The managers at Boeing, Ridley Park are absent. There is absolutely no interaction from managers unless they need something from you. If you ask tough questions, they'll find every which way to avoid the conversation, or even you.

Advice to Management

Engage with your team DAILY!

If work is slow, provide suggestions of tasks to complete. You have more information than them, yet you expect them to find their own work. This is a BS approach to leadership.

In fact, you are managers; try being LEADERS!
